Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven Category Manager – Quick Commerce to accelerate our brand's
performance across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket BBNow. This
role requires strong ownership, platform understanding, and a sharp focus on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow partnerships with Q-commerce platform teams and key stakeholders
- Drive visibility, assortment, and on-shelf availability across all key platforms
- Lead planning and execution of revenue growth strategies on quick commerce channels
- Launch new products with platform alignment and drive post-launch performance
- Analyze category trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Own campaign planning and optimization to ensure high ROAS and CTR
- Ensure accuracy in platform documentation, including debit notes and claims
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely collections, offers, and promotions
Key Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proficient in Excel, analytics dashboards, and P&L management
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Prior experience with Q-commerce platforms is a strong plus
