Position Summary
A highly skilled Product Owner with a strong understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and AI patterns such as
VLM and LLMs. Proven ability to collaborate with ML/AI teams in an agile environment, translating business
needs into epics and user stories. Technical proficiency to quickly adapt to new tools and processes with a data-
driven attitude. Knowledgeable in agile processes and principles, with experience using Scaled Agile Framework
(SAFe) or similar frameworks. Strong communication skills, both spoken and written in English, and a high level
of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in an international context.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with Machine Learning and Engineering teams on cutting-edge data extraction
technologies (e.g., no-OCR VLM based extractions)
• Understand business needs in alignment with Product Management and translate them into epics and
user stories to deliver value in time and quality
• Work closely with Product Managers to create and maintain a product backlog according to business
value and company strategy
• Establish a clear understanding of the business value within the team
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand product requirements
• Partner with Data Analysts to report on product capabilities and performance, ensuring decisions are
data-driven
What is Required
• Minimum of 3+ years professional experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and AI patterns (e.g., VLM, LLMs)
• Experience working with ML/AI-heavy teams
• Technical skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes
• Data-driven attitude with a focus on decision-making based on data insights
• Solid knowledge of agile processes and principles; experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or
similar frameworks is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an international context
