Product Manager - Partnership Integrations

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to oversee the integration of our
product with partner platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in
product management, particularly with a focus on API and SDK integrations. This role involves
working closely with partners, resolving technical issues in collaboration with our tech team, and
planning new features to enhance our product offering.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the end-to-end integration process of Volt Money's SDK and APIs with
partner platforms.
● Collaborate with partners to understand their requirements and ensure smooth
integration.
● Coordinate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
encountered during integration.
● Gather and prioritize product requirements, working closely with partners and internal
stakeholders.
● Plan and execute the development of new features based on partner feedback and
market trends.
● Monitor the performance of integrated solutions and work on continuous improvement.
● Provide training and support to partners to maximize the effectiveness of the
integration.
● Maintain thorough documentation of integration processes and updates.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
● 2-5 years of experience in product management.
● Strong technical background with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex
technical issues.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and
marketing.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with partners.
● Proven track record of successfully managing product integrations and delivering
high-quality results.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Should know how to use tools like postman, JIRA etc.
