Mahila Money is a full stack financial products and services platform offering capital solutions for women
entrepreneurs in India. Mahila Money specialises in offering loans to women who want to grow their own
business along with financial literacy resources and community to achieve their financial goals. The
Mahila Money ecosystem is committed towards supporting women’s business growth and increasing their
contribution to the GDP by becoming the largest source of productive credit-backed capital for women in
business, bridging women’s growth aspirations by unlocking a wealth of diverse yet tailormade financial
opportunities.
We aim at enabling women to achieve financial independence through its neo-banking platform. Create a
safe space for her to take charge of her own money, her own business. Develop a community first
financial platform that simplifies financial jargons, becomes a go to resource for all things business and
removes a woman’s inhibitions with respect to wealth management. On our journey, we are looking for
highly motivated, passionate and analytical people to develop Mahila Money.
This advertised role is for a Content Manager. As a Content Manager at Mahila Money, you will lead
content strategy and storytelling across all digital and offline channels. You will ensure that every piece of
content reflects our mission of empowering women entrepreneurs and provides value to our growing
community.
What will your story at Mahila Money write?
● You will own the overall content strategy across formats (short-form, long-form, video, blog,
email, learning, and community).
● You will design content pipelines for marketing campaigns, partnerships, product launches, and
community engagement.
● You will write and edit high-quality, inspiring, SEO-optimized content in English and Hindi, while
managing freelancers, guest contributors, and creative partners.
● You will translate product and community insights into user-centric content that builds trust,
drives engagement, and supports conversion goals.
● You will plan and lead content for educational initiatives — e.g., newsletters, WhatsApp forwards,
mini-courses, and financial literacy explainers.
● You will ensure brand consistency and tone across all Mahila Money touchpoints — social, web,
app, mailers, print, and live events.
● You will collaborate with teams across product, partnerships, design, video, and community to
create outcome-oriented content.

What is your A game?
● You have 3–6 years of proven experience in content strategy, editorial, or marketing roles —
preferably in fintech, edtech, or social-impact startups.
● You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and/or
other Indian languages is a strong bonus.
● You are familiar with content management systems, SEO tools, analytics dashboards, and basic
design workflows.
● You are passionate about financial inclusion, women entrepreneurship, and the power of digital
communities.
● You are proactive, creative, and structured — and know how to balance storytelling with business
goals.
● You have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
