CTC : 9.0 -13.0 fixed + 15-20% variable

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Design Manager at NoBroker, you will lead a team of internal designers, ensuring every designer thrives and
every client enjoys the best experience.
What you’ll do:
● Lead, coach, and mentor your team of designers, enabling them to perform, grow, and flourish.
● Drive your team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
● Take ownership of NPS – ensuring our customer satisfaction score consistently stays at 9/10.
● Ensure predictability in revenue collection and monitor performance metrics closely.
● Collaborate with the central design team to bring insights from client and designer interactions and
recommend process or catalogue improvements.
What success looks like:
● A high-performing design team that consistently meets targets.
● Exceptional client experiences reflected in NPS scores.
● Continuous improvements in processes and offerings based on real insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma in Design (mandatory)
● 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in team management
● Strong communication and analytical skills
● Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering software
