Technical Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Java and Node.js.
- Experience in system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, version control systems (Git), and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with best practices in testing, debugging, and code reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems.
- Own large-scale technical projects end-to-end.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers.
- Contribute to technical architecture and long-term engineering strategy.
- Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability.
