Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for an on-field role,
focused on converting high-quality leads generated through our call center operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting prospects, explaining our drone
training and services, and driving enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and follow up with leads generated by our in-house call center team.
Conduct field visits to meet potential customers (students, institutions, or businesses).
Clearly explain course offerings, benefits, pricing, and answer queries to aid decision-
making.
Convert leads into successful enrollments or service deals.
Maintain regular reporting of meetings, conversions, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the call center team for smooth lead handovers and status updates.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in on-field sales (experience in education or training
sector preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical training concepts simply.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel locally or regionally for field visits.
