Role Overview
We’re seeking a B2B Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute our content strategy. You’ll be
responsible for creating high-quality, value-driven content that attracts, engages, and converts our
target customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, and experience
working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and
customer pain points
• Produce and oversee the creation of blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, email
campaigns, social media posts, and website content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product, and sales teams to extract insights
and turn them into compelling narratives
• Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent output across channels
• Use analytics to track performance, iterate on strategy, and report on content ROI
• Manage freelancers or agencies as needed to scale content production
• Maintain brand voice and ensure messaging consistency across all content
What we’re Looking for
• 0–4 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in SaaS, IT services, or professional
services
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published B2B work
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into engaging, clear, and actionable content

• Experience working in a cross-functional environment
• Self-starter with excellent project management and time management skills
Bonus Points
• Experience with content syndication, video, or podcast production
• Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
• Familiarity with visual platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma) and marketing automation tools
