About the Role: The Genesys QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of solutions
built on the Genesys Cloud CX platform. We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Genesys QA Analyst to
ensure the quality and functionality of solutions built on the Genesys Cloud CX platform. This includes telephony
(IVR, call routing), chatbots, voice bots, Agent Copilot, and other AI automation use cases. The ideal candidate will
work closely with developers, solution architects, and business teams to validate end-to-end customer experiences
across voice and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Genesys Cloud CX implementations.
• Validate IVR call flows, call routing logic, queue behaviors, and agent interactions.
• Perform functional and regression testing of chatbots and voice bots, including NLP responses, fallback sce
narios, and escalation flows.
• Test Agent Copilot capabilities, such as real-time suggestions, knowledge surfacing, and workflow triggers.
• Validate integrations between Genesys and external systems (CRM, Knowledge Base, backend APIs).
• Perform end-to-
end testing across telephony, digital (chat/email), and AI workflows to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enable test automation and CI/CD processes where a
pplicable.
• Support UAT and production validation activities.

Skills & Required:
• 4+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with at least 2 years focused on Genesys Cloud CX (or engage) p
latforms.
• Strong knowledge of telephony systems, including SIP, IVR, routing, and call control.
• Hands-on experience testing chatbots, voice boots, and agent-assist tools.
• Familiarity with NLU/NLP-based testing and validating conversational AI accuracy.
• Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger) and validating backend integrations.
• Knowledge of QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr) and test documentation standards.
• Understanding of contact center KPIs and customer experience validation techniques.
